Top Sports And Media Stars Are Confirmed For The Richard Sherman Softball Game

richard_sherman_12_large_zps00fd2e02 Seattle Seahawks Corner Richard Sherman will be holding his second annual ‘Richard Sherman Celebrity Softball Game’ to benefit his ‘Blanket Coverage’ campaign as well as other local Seattle charities on July 20th.

‘Blanket Coverage’ is a non-profit charity Sherman founded that provides school supplies, clothing and basic necessities to succeed in school to underprivileged children.

Joining the self professed “best corner in the game” will be a who’s who list of local Seattle icons as well as stars from other sports and media. This list includes Macklemore, Kobe Bryant, Larry Fitzgerald, Tank, and Melyssa Ford. Sherman says more names will be announced.

Top Five Physically Freakish WR’s (Current)

Is it just me, or are the host of incredible receivers in the NFL today equally responsible for passing yards and passing in general being a current upward, league-wide trend?

It’s been awhile since so many young, tall, fast, strong, and athletic receivers were all over the league. But rarely does a player have all these aspects rolled into one ridiculously physically freakish combination. Don’t get me wrong, they all are tremendous talents, but they aren’t all the total package. So which guys are?

The rumor that won’t die

There’s been a rumor, and I’m sure many of you have heard this by now, that two possible landing spots for Peyton Manning if he is released by the Colts, are the Arizona Cardinals, and the Seattle Seahawks.  I’m open to the possibility of Manning coming to Arizona, being a Cardinals fan and all, but there are multiple reasons why this will more than likely not happen.
