After winning the Stanley Cup, Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews may as well be the king of Chicago.
Up 3 games to 2 in the Stanley Cup finals but on the verge of heading to a Game Seven matchup with Boston, Toews’ Blackhawks scored two goals in a 17-second span with less than two minutes to play, taking home the Stanley Cup in dramatic fashion. As per usual, drunken madness ensued in the winning team’s city following the championship victory. Toews got to join in on the fun this year, and was videotaped while crowd surfing at Chicago’s Board Room.
Toews’ linemate Patrick Kane is a well-known party boy, but apparently the captain decided to get in the party spirit following the team’s second Cup victory in four seasons. Check out the footage, courtesy of Big Lead Sports:
